Ella shares here struggles living with bipolar as well as sharing what she does to combat her symptoms.

Video summary: This is me having some fun creating an ad for my business. I wanted to showcase that my throw pillows are companions and that you can do many things with them--like laughing, hugging, crying, and squeezing.

BiHapi Studio throw pillows are handmade in support of the mental health community.

I decided to re-launch my company, BiHapi Studio.
I wanted to tie in mental health awareness and I even created a mascot, Ella The Bipolar Throw Pillow.

I wanted to go in this direction because I believe it's still an underserved community and it's my way of giving back.
Although I'm happy that people are now starting to pay attention to mental health awareness and that it truly affects millions of people; the stigma is still there.
My handmade, eco-friendly throw pillows are made from hemp and are also a way for me to say:
Thank you for getting back up when all you do is want to stay down.
Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing your struggles with the people closest to you.
Thank you for looking within yourself, knowing something is very wrong, and asking for help.
Thank you for fighting all your demons, your negative thoughts, your crying spells, and total meltdowns.
I'm fighting my battles everyday with you.
